Built in Accessibility
Every student should be able to use their course materials fully, whether they read with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on other assistive technology. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508. Our Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5, June 2026) documents where we stand, criterion by criterion, and is available to any institution upon request.
We work with an independent accessibility firm that audits our platform against WCAG 2.1 AA, and we test with the assistive technologies students actually use: NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone, and TalkBack on Android, alongside automated checks. We fix what those reviews find, re-test the fixes, and track any remaining items openly in our conformance report.
Accessibility is ongoing work, and we ship improvements regularly. Recent releases improved screen-reader support in the course menu, the reader, and the course cover page, and cleaned up keyboard navigation. If you run into a barrier or want our conformance report, contact compliance@myeducator.com and we’ll work with you directly.
