Welcome to the Shingo Team Member Overview course! This course includes all the necessary material to become a Shingo Team Member. Completing this course shows that you understand the basics of the Shingo Model™ and that you are prepared to be part of a culture that drives organizational and operational excellence. The requirements are as follows:
Read through all six lessons in this course.
Complete each Quick Check and Application assignment.
Pass the final exam with a score of 85% or higher.
Most people will take about three hours to complete this course. Upon completion of all the requirements, you will receive the certificate shown below with your own name on it.
You will receive the certificate through email shortly after completing the final exam. Once you have received the certificate, you can upload the certificate to your LinkedIn profile by following the instructions at the link below.
